| Hmm... update on what I've been up too. Welps, I have been fairly busy since coming back from Vegas. Been doing a lot of excerise and playing a lot of badminton. On top of that, we're currently planning on re-painting the house and re-arrange some things to give it a new look. So the last few days has been a lot of scrapping pealing. It will be a few weeks more of work before everything is going to be neat and tide here. haha! Planning on going hiking tomorrow and then dim sum and some furniture shopping with my dad and brother on wednesday, so the rest of the week is pretty laid back. I'm still waiting to get my computer back is it has so some major problems. LL is working at re-formating my computer and to put in some more ram as it is too slow. Anyway, that's it for now. I hope that SC and SD are adjusting well to their new environments! | | |
| Time is sure going by really fast, it doesn't seem to be waiting for anyone. Welps, time to make the most of it, hehe! | | |
| Greetings from San Fran, or to be correct I am actually in San Jose right now. Man, it was a pretty longdrive, but of course I did most of the driving here. I think my quota was 9-10hrs of driving. Heehee, but its better than my parents drving at 3-6am in the morning. Welps, we stayed a night in San Francisco, and then we went to a few tourist destinations. Of course we saw the Golden Gate bridge, Alcatraz, China Town, and Fisherman's Warf. We also went to the Colt Tower, Twin Peaks, and that really curvy street that San Fran is famous for. It's the second time for me seeing all these places, but it still feels pretty fresh and exciting as it has been 9 years since I was last here. San Fransisco is definately a nice place to visit, but a lot more colder than I expected, probably because its right next to the Pacific Ocean. Yup, that was another place we got to go. We walked on the beach of San Franscisco that opens up to the Pacific ocean. Ocean as far as the eye can see. Awesome waves, but realyl chilly in the morning. Here in San Jose, which is more inland, is a lot warmer. I think I can finally wear shorts tomorrow for the whole day, rather than wear shorts in the morning and pants and a jacket at night in San Fran. Tomorrow we're going to visit a few outlet stores and then on Tuesday we are going to go on tour. Alright, I'm going to keep this short as before you know it, I'll be back. Hope you guys are all doing well. | | |
| Ah, once again I'm off. Wishing you all the best and have a blast on Canada Day! I haven't even started packing yet, but I'll do it as soon as I'm off. Take care.
P.S. Sorry SLC, I won't here for your b-day party, but please know that my heart and spirit will be there. Wishing you the best in all that you do! And may are your deepest desires be fulfilled!
| Ah, an intensive exercise week but an awesome week. Played badminton thursday night, then Friday afternoon played badminton at SFU, followed by some intense hiking at Grouse Grind. 1hr and 7mins for my first time to the top, so not bad at all. Went for late night dinner afterwards, food was good! Then on Saturday went for some more hiking at Buntzen lake. I did not realize how many different trails there were at Buntzen, it would take forever to hike them all. After the hike, we went for a nice dip in the lake, cool and refreshing. And as for Sunday, father's day, we went for all you can eat sushi for lunch and then more hiking for me. My whole family and I went hiking at Burnaby mountain to work off the all you can eat haha! Afterwards we went for afternoon tea and then headed home. Dinner was at Boston Pizza. So, spent the whole day with my dad as it was the first time in 23 years that I have ever spent the whole father's day with him. Can you believe that? Nutz! Anyway, more fun in the sun for today and we'll see what's in store for tomorrow..... laterz!
PS. Surprisingly after exercising all week, I'm not that sore at all. Ah, I better not forget the sunblock this time, hehe!
